Everyone loves a DIY Pizza Night! Making these Mini Mummy Pizzas is super simple with Trader Joe’s Pizza Dough. Actually, you can get all the ingredients for this recipe at TJ’s and keep it under $10! This is the perfect holiday activity to do with kids - I love seeing all the different results!

What You Need (Makes 4 Mini Pizzas):

  • 1 package of Trader Joe’s Pizza Dough

  • Marinara or Pizza Sauce of your choice (I love TJ’s Tomtato Basil)

  • String cheese

  • Pepperoni or any of your favorite toppings

  • Black sliced olives for eyes

  • A bit of flour for the working surface

  • Extra virgin olive oil and a baking sheet

What To Do:

  1. Take the pizza dough out of the packaging and let it rest on a lightly floured work surface for 30 minutes.

  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls. Make sure all your work surfaces are lightly dusted in flour.

  3. Preheat the oven to 450F.

  4. Use your hands to stretch out each dough ball into your desired shape.

  5. Spoon and spread some marinara sauce onto the dough, and add your favorite toppings!

  6. Peel and place pieces of string cheese all over the pizza, creating your mummy.

  7. Place 2 olives onto the pizza for eyes.

  8. Bake on a lightly oiled baking sheet in the oven at 450F for 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly!
