  • 2 cups diced mango (about 3 mangoes)

  • ½ red bell pepper, diced

  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

  • Juice of 1-2 limes

  • Pinch of kosher salt
